Our Firm History
O’Shea, Marcincuk & Bruyn was founded in January, 2000 by the firm’s three partners, James O’Shea, Robert Marcincuk and Wayne Bruyn. The firm has steadily built its general practice and has substantial knowledge in the areas of real estate and real property law, land use, planning and zoning law, landlord and tenant, bankruptcy, tax certiorari, negligence and personal injury, wills and estates, vehicle and traffic matters, and criminal law.
Additionally, O’Shea, Marcincuk & Bruyn has represented numerous commercial clients and financial institutions as attorneys in residential mortgage loan closings. Past clients in that regard include, HSBC, Wells Fargo, TD Bank, and Long Island Mortgage Corporation – a subsidiary of North Fork Bank.
Our Resources
The firm maintains an approximate 2,700 square foot, recently constructed, law office building conveniently located at 250 North Sea Road in the Village of Southampton, New York. Included in this facility is an attractive conference room on the main floor in which real estate closings or other meetings are routinely held. A spacious, second conference room is located in the lower level in the building.
In addition to its partners, the firm is staffed by an associate attorney and 7 skilled administrative and legal support. Each staff member reflects the high standards of professionalism and client service upon which OMB was founded. The firm also employs interns from law schools and local colleges on a regular basis.
